September 26th, 2008I painted some thrifted spice racks to use as displays for my cards at a craft show … here’s before (and oh yes, my deck needs painting too):

The racks look great! I never would have guessed that they were thrifted :) I’m always amazed at people who can find such treasures. I never seem to have that kind of luck.

I love the racks!! They look so great (: I’ve been planning on going to Salvation Army to get some mug hangers for my craft fair table, and of course repaint them in amazing, brilliant colors. You’ve inspired me to go and do it! I also took a look at your flickr picts, your table seriously looks great!

Thank you both! I got lucky with the large rack and found it at a store nearby, but the little one I got on etsy ^_^.
Mug hangers, that is a great idea!

yes, fantastic racks; I believe a less pretty version of them is at Ikea? Could be geat for organizing books of the little one ;)
